Shopping cart content:

We deliver free of charge when order value exceeds 150,00 Euro (plus VAT 19%) in the area of Germany with standard shipping, else we charge additionally delivery charges (plus VAT 19%).
All orders of items with the advice "on stock" incoming from Monday to Thursday each up to 11:00 a.m. will be sent on the same day (without guarantee if pickup is earlier or will not happen this day).

Modes of shipment (Display your Country/Shipping Mode in the cart):
Since January 1^st 2024 we are sorry to offer no shipping and office times on Friday.
Standard Shipping: with with UPS, optionally DHL, not in all countries out of the EU
UPS Saver: guaranteed delivery on the next working day in Germany (other countries 1 up to 3 working days *) (on order before 11:00 am *)
UPS Express 12:00: guaranteed delivery before 12 o'clock on the next working day in Germany (on order before 11:00 am *)
Self Pickup: pic up your order free of charge or instruct your courier for picking up on us

For bulk goods from 1 meter length we have to add a bulk charge of 23,00 Euro (eg. tubes 120 cm/36W). This will be added in the cart to the shipping cost.

Transportation Insurance:
On orders of 1000,00 Euros and more we offer a transportation insurance with cost of 0,8% from the amount. This can be disabled by the customer, then shipping is on risk of the customer, the maximum insurance in case of lost is only 500,00 Euro.

Orders from countries outside EU:
On orders from outside of the EU with an amount of 1000,00 Euro and more, we add a customs clearance fee of 80,00 Euro. This fee is only to get the export-accompanying document from the German finance office to export the goods. It is not for import costs on the target country.

For shipping to foreign countries we calculate the arising shipping expenses according to the weight. The costs are displayed in the consumer basket and at the end of the order. Therefore you need to select your country at the consumer basket or log in with your account or as a guest.

The advice „Delivery charges are currently not chargeable“ occurs when your parcel weights more than 31 kg. Please ask us for shipping cost.
On shipping to in Non-EU-Countries maybe costs of customs clearance are generated. This you pay on pick up on the customs office or on delivery to the shipper separately.

If an item with the advice „on stock“ is just for once temporarily out of stock, the item will be delivered subsequently within 2 or 3 days. In this case we will inform you immediately.
