USDA Grades A & C color card for tomato products (not for tomatoes as such) according to the USDA Tomato Products Color Standard for the visual color assessment of the product quality. 2011 standard version.

• Color cards lacquered on plastic panel (vinyl)
• Semi-gloss surface
• Clean using washing-up detergent and a soft cloth as required
• Size approx. 12.7 x 7.6 cm (5" x 3")

The color cards show the colored areas of the red hues in accordance with USDA standards for tomato juice, tomato juice concentrate, tomato paste and tomato ketchup for US A and C grades. The colors of the products are given points during a visual check conducted by holding the color cards up to the products.
